Originally founded in 2002 by Andrew Ede (now retired) and Danny Godfrey – the ‘e’ and the ‘g’ of eg technology – the company has grown organically and profitably and is now a thriving company with a team of almost 50 people. On the 8th March 2023, eg made the exciting transition to employee ownership. By putting our people at the heart of the business by transferring ownership to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), eg technology is run for the benefit of all employees.
