Our Ethos
We share our ideas, expertise and knowledge and ensure that everyone at eg technology feels supported in an environment where contributions are valued.
On the 8th March 2023, eg made the exciting transition to employee ownership.
We’ve put our people at the heart of the business by transferring ownership to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) which will ensure that eg technology is run for the benefit of all employees. Read the full press release here.
We are our people
We are employee-owned; meaning that eg is run for the benefit of all our team. We hire people who are authentic, genuine, respectful, talented, creative and ethical – we wouldn’t settle for anything less. Personal development is important to us. If we look after our staff, they in turn look after our clients and suppliers.

We do what we say we’ll do (and more), we communicate well, we are pragmatic, realistic and honest. We are excellent at solving complex problems and we treat our clients and suppliers as we like to be treated ourselves.
